Mark Harlacher MD.
Medical Director | Owner
Dr. Mark Harlacher is the owner and director of Plush Medical Spa. He is a graduate of UCLA medical school, and has been a practicing anesthesiologist for over 30 years. He works for several private surgical facilities along with having privileges at St. John’s Medical Center and Pleasant Valley Medical Center. Patients and nurses alike say that he is warm and friendly and fun to work with. He can quickly put patients at ease with his good sense of humor and willingness to listen to the patients concerns.
Tamara Harlacher
RN | Aesthetic Nurse Specialist
Tamara has been in the nursing industry for over 20 years. She started her career working in a surgical center doing pre/post op care and circulating in the operating room. It was very early in her career that she was drawn to helping people look and feel their best - and so it is there that her aesthetic career was launched. She acquired experience and knowledge in the most advanced technology using Botox and dermal fillers from Allergan and several nationally recognized trainings. Tamara is proficient and highly skilled and will leave you feeling refreshed and confident. She prides herself with the “less is more” approach and loves to rejuvenate each patient giving them their most natural results.
Merdi Wallace
Main Office Administrator
Organization is the key to success. As a graduate of USC with a background in escrow, Merdis attention to detail helps Plush Med Spa do just that….SUCCEED! She has combined her expertise in numbers with her passion of skincare and does the accounting here at Plush. She is a long time Camarillo resident and has 3 adult children. She is kind, considerate and consistent. Every team needs a Merdi.
Bernice Mendivil
Front Office Coordinator
As Spa Manager of Plush Med Spa, Bernice is here to make sure that everything about your visit is perfect. Your decision to visit Plush Med Spa is a choice that we deeply appreciate. Bernice loves patient pre and post care and constantly strives to deliver the best services and products available. She is very knowledgeable in all the services Plush has to offer. If there’s anything that Plush Med Spa can do to improve your visit, just let Bernice know. With 20 years of experience in the medical and aesthetic field her knowledge goes well beyond and can answer any questions about pre and post op treatments. When she’s not working she loves spending time with family and friends, hiking, her Peleton and enjoying all the beautiful things the outdoors have to offer!

Bailey Cabuco
Certified Medical Assistant
Bailey works the back office at Plush as a Certified Medical Assistant. Her job is to assist the Providers and help make your experience at Plush as efficient as possible. She is in charge of the pre-procedure process which includes photos and pre-procedure set-up etc. She gives amazing B12 injections! Bailey also assists with the front office staff to help ensure Plush runs as smoothly as possible. In her free time, Bailey will most likely find herself either at the gym or making memories with her Husband and 3 dogs; Rylee, Rufus and Shiloh. She loves good food, Target runs and all the little things in life!
Casey Angle
RN, BSN | Aesthetic Nurse
Casey is a registered nurse with 9 years of experience in nursing. After years specializing in post surgical procedures, Casey pursued her dream of aesthetic nursing. Casey is passionate about patient experience and satisfaction. Her ultimate goal is to accentuate natural beauty.
Amanda Angle
Front Office Coordinator
Amanda is our front office coordinator. She loves greeting everyone with a bright smile and is here to make sure everyone feels welcomed and comfortable from the moment you walk through the front door at Plush. Amanda has worked in customer service for the past 20 years and loves being part of the aesthetic community. She loves spending time with her beautiful daughter as well as family and friends. On her days off you can find her camping, enjoying BBQ’s or watching the Dodgers!

Lauren Victoria
Esthetician
Lauren is our licensed esthetician that has been in the beauty business for over 11 years. She pays meticulous attention to detail, which is what makes her micro blading a highly sought after procedure. Her caring nature makes each and every client fee special when they have spent time with her. She loves to customize each treatment to give patients their optimal results. Outside of work Lauren is a mom of 2 kids and loves spending time with her family.
Dianna Rudolph
RN | Aesthetic Nurse - Laser Specialist
Dianna is an Aesthetic RN injector/laser specialist with over 20 years of experience working in dermatology, plastic surgery and Med spas. She specializes in various cosmetic injectables (ie. Botox, dermal fillers, Sculptra), multiple laser treatments, Photofacials and PRP microneedling. Dianna loves aesthetics because it offers her an artistic creative outlet. She is a perfectionist, and is incredibly passionate about ensuring her clients achieve natural results and age as gracefully as possible. When not working, Dianna loves spending time with her husband and 2 boys. Some of her favorite things to do are biking, camping in her RV and spending time at the beach.
Melissa Bowden
RN, BSN | Aesthetic Nurse - Skincare Specialist
Melissa has been a Registered Nurse for over a decade specializing in critical care, cardiac cath lab, trauma and emergency medicine. She has been an Aesthetic Nurse for 6 years and loves the field of aesthetics because it utilizes her creative passion for all things beautiful and balanced. Finding balance and harmony with natural results is her biggest passion. Outside of Nursing, her favorite thing to do is travel the World, cook extraordinary meals, plan amazing adventures and enjoy the sweetness of life with the ones she loves the most!
